This is a single class in a 4-week series called Functional Strength.
Note: Enrolling in all 4 sessions is highly recommended, if you're registering via Well Well Well

If you're like most busy midlife women, you...
Stick to what's comfortable, and your strength will Quietly.Slip.Away.

You don't need the gym workouts that bore you. You don't need another program you'll forget about in three weeks. And you definitely don't have to give up the movement that already feels good in your body.
Six months from now, you're still moving the way you love. But you take stairs faster and steadier. Your shoulders and hips move through ranges they haven't in years. You pick up the heavy thing without thinking twice. Your practice didn't change. It just started building the muscle and bone density you know you need.
That's the shift. Not more discipline. Just adding weight to the movement you already know, so every flow starts working for you strength, not around it.
...It really is that simple.

Starts August 2026
A 4-week series using a weighted steel mace to load the movement you already know
⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Taught by an E-RYT 500 with over 10,000 hours coaching women in movement
Here's everything waiting for you inside:
Week 1: Start safe and confident - grip, stance, and your first loaded movements. You leave knowing the mace won't hurt you and neither will this series.
Week 2: Wake up strength yoga never touched - offset load meets the ranges your body already knows. Your shoulders and core start firing in ways no class has asked of them.
Week 3: It becomes your practice, just stronger - movements link into flowing sequences. This is where it stops feeling like exercise and starts feeling like yours.
Week 4: Strength you keep - full loaded flows you can run on your own. You walk away with a repeatable practice, not just four weeks of memories.
Everything here has one job: making sure you actually finish this one, stronger than you started.
"I finally feel strong and capable, physically and mentally, since I've been following the program consistently. I'm more dedicated to this training than I ever was with yoga, the benefits are much more tangible. I've noticed increased range of motion in my shoulders and hips. I climb stairs faster and steadier. My balance has improved. My mental health has improved." — Ann Marie Collins, Steel Mace Vinyasa client

Live classes, a coach you can actually reach, and replays that never expire. You're set up to succeed here, not left to figure it out on your own.

What even is a steel mace? A steel mace is a weighted training tool with an offset handle, so the weight sits at one end instead of centered like a dumbbell. That offset is what makes it work, it forces your body to stabilize and control the load through rotation, not just lift it straight up and down. It's been used for centuries to build functional strength, and it pairs naturally with yoga-style flow because it moves you through the same ranges your practice already knows, just with weight behind them now.
Do I need a steel mace to join? No. A broomstick, wooden dowel, or baseball bat works for every class. If you want a mace later, Robin can point you to where to get one, but nothing here requires it.
Where do I get a steel mace? Check out Robin's for exact recommendations on weight, size, and where to buy. You don't need one to start the series, but if you're ready to invest, that's the place to look first.
I'm not flexible or experienced. Is this really for me? Yes. This series is built for beginner and intermediate levels, and every class includes modifications. You don't need to already be strong to start, that's what these four weeks are for.
Will this bulk me up? I want to feel strong, not bulky. No. The loads used here are light and scalable, and most women simply don't have the hormonal setup to build bulk from this kind of training. What you'll feel is capable, not bigger.
What if it's not clicking for me once I start? Reach out to Robin directly after your first class or two. If it's genuinely not the right fit, she'll work with you on next steps, whether that's a modified approach or applying your spot toward private coaching time. The goal is that you leave stronger, not stuck.
What happens after the four weeks end? You keep lifetime access to the replays, so nothing disappears when the series does. From there, you can continue on your own or move into Steel Mace Strong or Function + Flow if you want ongoing coaching, but this series stands on its own too.

"Working with Robin has been so great for my motivation, strength, balance, focus, and stress release. Adding the steel mace to my practice is a fun way to get out of my mind and into my body, and Robin is a fantastic teacher. I love that I'm getting stronger by doing something more fun and more profound than just 'fitness.' It feels good to be both challenged and inspired by a movement practice." — Oriana Nolan, coaching client
