The Calendula Medicine Rest Circle is a way to step away from the frenzied pace of daily life. It is an opportunity to slow down and to rest in community and confidence. I invite you to accept this invitation to present with yourself, to gently move the body, to breathe deeply and to rest completely. I hope you will join us.
The details:
The Rest Circle is 75 minutes. It includes gentle restorative yoga, yoga nidra reclined meditation, journaling and an opportunity to share about your experience. This is a live online event only.
