This gentle, supportive series is designed to help you create a morning routine that nourishes your body, mind, and spirit, without pressure or perfection.

We will meet every morning from 7:00 AM to 7:30 AM (Eastern Standard Time) for one week. During this time, you will learn a variety of meditation techniques, simple ways to set up an inviting space and ways to make your morning routine more meaningful and thus something you are likely to continue after the course ends. This course is about exploration, not prescription. Whether you're brand new to meditation or looking to re-establish a morning rhythm, you'll leave with practical tools and inspiration to start your day with intention - and less screen time.
