At the Beyond Therapy Workshop, you’ll learn about a body-based approach to mental wellbeing. We’ll demystify topics like: what it means to heal through your body, somatics, nervous system regulation and help bridge the gap between where you are now and the emotional freedom you want. 

You’ll learn about the incredible power of specific yogic and somatic tools that you can use from now on to help you make lasting change.

This workshop if for you if....

- Have done some therapy in the past or are currently

- Are ready to move beyond feeling stuck, caught in a spirals or repeating patterns so you can enjoy your life more

- Feel an inner knowing on some level that your body is an important part of your growth and healing

- Were told by someone that you are holding things in your body and will benefit from integrating it

- Experience unexplained body discomfort (like anxiety, headaches, stomach issues, etc) and want to feel better

This workshop is ultimately about teaching you skills so you can feel more empowered, knowledgable and free.

What to Expect and Bring

To spend time sitting and gently moving. Have your yoga mat and dress comfortably. 

To learn, ask questions and explore these topics. Have a pen handy and a journal to write on. 

Bring some water or cup of tea if you like.
