Blue Monday is said to be the “lowest day of the year,” and it may bring heaviness, stagnation, or a dip in energy. But it doesn’t have to define our inner landscape! This session invites you to move, breathe, and shift that weight so you can reconnect to warmth, vitality, and... to yourself!
The SAH Method™️ combines meditation, breathwork, affirmations, movement and ecstatic dance to release the emotional residue we have stored in our bodies.
The practice starts with a meditation, breathwork, and shaking, and continues by alternating movement, ecstatic dance, and dynamic meditation.
The set of moves are specifically designed to release emotions we have stored in our bodies from the difficult times we have gone through in our lives. Each move corresponds to an emotional state, chosen in alignment with the session's intention to work through that emotion.
The recording will be available for 14 days after the session in case you miss it (or want to repeat it!).
