Blue Monday is said to be the “lowest day of the year,” and it may bring heaviness, stagnation, or a dip in energy. But it doesn’t have to define our inner landscape! This session invites you to move, breathe, and shift that weight so you can reconnect to warmth, vitality, and... to yourself!
In this short session, we will practice meditation, breathwork, affirmations, and movement to reset our emotional state by anchoring into and releasing through our bodies.
The recording will be available to anyone who registered for 14 days after the session in case you miss it (or want to repeat it!) and forever for TO YOUR BODY members, inside the on-demand library.
