Candlelight Restorative Yoga on Zoom

A quiet dedicated time to be guided as you slow down, relax your body, soothe your mind and finally exhale from home in your coziest clothes...no drive or fancy yoga pants needed.

In this 75 minute experience, you'll be lead through:

  • gentle movement to release tension and reduce anxiety
  • supported restorative yoga postures laying down over pillows and blankets
  • guided meditation and breathwork to relax your mind and body deeply
  • nervous system medicine and inspiring messages from Keri that will speak right to your heart and lift your spirits

This isn't about fixing anything or doing more, it's about making a conscious choice to unwind, feel supported and let go - through breath, presence and relaxation. 

Perfect for any woman craving a soft place to land, wanting to feel more emotionally steady, feel stress melt away, craving a bone-deep calm and a great night of sleep.

For practice, have your yoga mat, four blankets and a bolster (or two bed pillows.) Wear super comfortable clothes and light a candle if you like.

The Yoga Props You'll Need

Yoga mat, four blankets and a bolster (or two bed pillows) + any other comfort items like cozy socks and an eye pillow.

For added ambiance plan to turn off lights, and use candles in your practice space.

Keri Marino is a Certified Women's Empowerment Yoga Therapist and founder of The Nourished Woman, helping women move beyond overwhelm, anxiety, and self-doubt into embodied confidence and nervous system balance. Through somatic yoga, emotion work and practical spirituality, she guides women to soothe their bodies, break old patterns, and reconnect with their strength, pleasure, and purpose. Her approach blends devotional yoga practice with tools for real-life transformation.
