🎄Eilish & Simon are hosting a Christmas Bliss Yoga Day Saturday 28th December 2024 at the heavenly Blackhill Woods Retreat, Abbeyleix. 

🫶 We offer an opening cacao circle, a morning movement session with Eilish, pure relaxation, scrumptious vegan food for lunch and afternoon deeply relaxing meditative yin yoga with Simon. 

✨The date is set at Saturday 28th December, a gorgeous time of year to stop, take a day to yourself to absorb the year that has been and all that has come with it..then relax and let go, clear for what comes next.

Itinerary for the day. There is a loose schedule for the day but you are welcome to do as much or as little as you wish, it is your day just for you! All levels are catered to including pregnancy, no previous experience required.

🔥 • 10.30 Welcome heart opening Cacao Circle on the beanbags by the open fire in the dining room.

🧘‍♀️ •11.00-12.30 Out we go to our woodland studio.  Intention setting & grounding meditation followed by mindful movement and Yoga Nidhra with Eilish. This suitable for all levels including beginners, take it entirely at your own pace.

🍲 •12.30-13.30 Hearty homemade vegan lunch followed by tea/coffee & cake by the open fire in the dining room.

🌳 •13.30-14.00 Time to digest-walk in the woods, nap or just reflect & relax.

🧘‍♂️ •14.00-15.30 Deeply relaxing meditative Yin Yoga with Simon.
