Fire & Flow gives you both — in one sacred, sweaty hour.
This class weaves together high-intensity movement with the grounded, breath-led practice of yoga — building heat, strength, and power, then guiding you back into your body through flow, stretch, and stillness. You’ll move through dynamic strength and cardio intervals that ignite your fire, balanced with yoga-based movement that restores, lengthens, and integrates everything you just unlocked.
This is not two separate workouts stitched together. It’s one continuous experience — energizing and grounding, powerful and soft, fire and flow.
In this class you’ll experience:
• High-intensity intervals — strength, cardio, and conditioning to build power and elevate your heart rate
• Yoga-based movement — flows, holds, and stretches that restore mobility and calm the nervous system
• Breathwork integration — using breath to move between intensity and stillness with intention
• A closing integration — to bring your body back to centre before you re-enter your day
