Intentionally create your 2026!

Fresh Start workshop starts with a breathwork session to bring us focus and tap into our desires and intentions, then we will have a bite to eat and create our vision boards!

Your ticket includes: 

•  Miscellaneous printed quotes and photos 
• Magazines to cut up
• Markers, scissors, adhesive, and other supplies to personalize your vision board
• Poster Board 
• Snacks + treats 
• A 5 ml roller bottle of a unique blend of doTERRA essential oils, created especially for Fresh Start event attendees

Optional:  Feel free to bring any additional photos, etc to add to your vision board. We will be laying on the floor doing breathwork, so feel free to bring a yoga mat and/or a blanket, for comfort, and a pillow to use during the session.
