Friday the 13th Restorative: A Night of Radical Self-Love with Live Guitar
Friday | 6:00–7:30 PM
This pre-Valentine’s restorative yoga evening is an invitation to turn inward and tend yourself with care.
In a culture that treats love as something to perform or give away, this practice reframes self-love as nervous system care: rest, regulation, and permission to soften.
We’ll move slowly through long-held, fully supported restorative postures designed to calm the body, ease mental and emotional tension, and gently open the heart without strain or effort. Breath, stillness, and deep support will guide the experience. The experience is accompanied by live, gentle guitar played by my husband Kevin, creating a warm, grounding soundscape that supports deep relaxation and ease.
This is not about fixing yourself or becoming “better.”
It’s about creating the conditions for your system to feel safe enough to rest.
Perfect if you’re feeling tired, tender, overstimulated, or simply craving quiet before Valentine’s Day.
