About This Event

A guided meditation journey and neurographic art practice for tending the seeds of intention you wish to see flourish in 2025 and beyond!

.

Winter Solstice marks the darkest day of the year - when the night is at its longest and the daylight is at its shortest. It represents the turning point, the moment when light returns and the darkness begins to wane.

We gather to mark this point in the journey of the year to honor what is made possible by time spent in the dark and to gather the seeds of intention that will become the new growth of Spring when the light returns and the time is right.

.

During this workshop, we will honor the Winter Solstice with an intention-setting guided meditation practice focused on what we wish to ease into, prepare to welcome and provide nourishment to in the coming months (and maybe years).

And we'll carry what is revealed in the meditation journey into an intentional neurographic art practice that will support -

💪 the strengthening of the connection within us to the seeds of our intentions

🦋 an easing of any tension and releasing of any conflict within us around the seeds of our intentions

✨an infusion of light-heartedness and joy into our relationship with the seeds of our intentions and the hopes and vision we hold for the future

.

No need to be freaked out by the idea of an intentional art practice! - you do not need any art experience, prowess or expertise to enjoy the creation of  neurographic art . If you can draw shapes and lines, you have all the skills you'll need - promise.

But you will need some supplies: a journal, notebook or piece of lined paper; a piece of blank paper (any size; printer paper will work); a black (or dark color) marker, crayon or pencil; additional colored markers, pens, pencils, crayons, etc (any combination of colors or materials will work; you do not have to use all pencils or markers, etc)

Connect with the seeds of intention and creation that are alive deep within you and bring them to the surface during Ground Your Light! a Winter Solstice Gathering.

I can't wait to create together!
