Mercedes Didi von Deck is an orthopaedic surgeon at the Cambridge Health Alliance. She is committed to helping people move and function better. She became a Feldenkrais® practitioner as well as a JKA Solvents and Glue teacher to help people reach their full potential. She knows that while surgery is indicated for some problems, there are many musculoskeletal conditions that can be improved by learning how to move more efficiently and comfortably. She has decades of experience as a dancer and yoga teacher which also inform how she sees and works with movement to improve people’s abilities, and when pain is present, reduce their discomfort.
