During this experience, we will explore the depth of breath and how to surrender into this moment, finding serenity in motion and inner stillness in movement.
This process aims to strengthen our body, find clarity, and acknowledge the natural blissfulness of breathing fully as living fully.
AnapnoeYoga® is a gentle yet deeply grounding & strengthening practice that promotes the spine's fluidity.
Through deep long breathing, we explore the divine wisdom of natural movement within traditional Hatha Yoga postures through Krama Sequencing.
The movement & breath awareness liberate one’s body-mind from deep-rooted imprints. It is an integral practice that cultivates presence as embodiment.
Yoga sessions are rejuvenating and balancing practices (solar-lunar). The emphasis of the class is on fluidity through the breath and awareness through the body.
In every class, we move creatively through all groups of Asana creating full body transformation, circulation, and centering.
Chakra work, Pranayama, Mantra, Mudra, Yoga Nidra, and Meditation are integrated into the practice.
