Kundalini is the dynamic life-force, the power-essence energy of which each of us hold within our human form. It's said that our kundalini energy rests dormant in the lower chakras/pelvis until or if it awakens. Once it stirs, or begins to awaken, the experiences are varied & wide-ranging, and unique as each person having the experience. Awakened or moving kundalini is known to "clear the path" -- meaning her flow can stir up our physical, mental, emotional, energetic or spiritual contents. This energetic process clears the debris; all that is unaligned with our true path and Self may be shaken and released.

This process can cause physical disruptions, big physical movements & release, emotional purging, energetic rearrangements, big life rearrangements, spiritual enlightenments and more.  The kundalini process is one that once experienced is undeniable, yet can be quite isolating from those who have not had the experience, and isolating from the dominant culture of "normal".
