About This Event

Inspired by the restorative energy of Lake Michigan, Lakeside Yin Yoga is thoughtfully designed to ease tension, improve range of motion, and cultivate mindfulness through long-held, floor-based postures. Rooted in Chinese Medicine theory, these practices promote energetic balance and nourish the nervous system. Together, we’ll explore meaningful themes and movements that resonate both on and off the mat. Classes are ongoing, and you’re welcome to join anytime.

Practice in real time with live instruction and encouragement through online classes designed to meet you where you are. Enjoy the convenience of practicing from home—no commute, no need for a babysitter, and no pressure to get to a studio. Instead, experience a supportive and welcoming environment where you can fully focus on yourself.

Details:

  • Registration: Closes 15 minutes before class begins.
  • Cancellations: Must be made at least 2 hours before class time to avoid being charged the full rate. No refunds for late cancellations.

Important Notes:

  • Class recordings will be uploaded within 24 hours and available for 5 days for personal review.
  • Prepare your space with a mat or soft padding, and props like blocks, a blanket, a strap, or a bolster. Sofa cushions and pillows work perfectly if you don’t have a yoga bolster.
