This is an all levels yoga class that's great for those who are brand new to yoga,
as well experienced students seeking a deeper meditative experience.
This class emphasizes the mindful aspects of yoga - cultivating the
qualities of deep attention, compassion and non-judgement. We take a
mindful approach to asana (yoga postures) practice - taking timeto warm up the body,
cultivating a deep inner focus using breath and moving meditations.
After some challenging postures and longer holds, we end with a long
guided meditation. Each week we'll explore wisdom from the Yoga &
Buddhist traditions to take our practice off the mat and into our lives.
