Unlock the power of consistent free-form mini-movement sessions that get you swaying, swinging, shaking, swirling, etc. They're potent all on their own and pair wonderfully with a journal session or followed by a sitting meditation. And they are perfect as a warm-up to any of the longer classes you can find in the library.
