This energising morning class supports women’s health through a steady blend of Hatha Yoga—including postures (asana), breathwork (pranayama), and meditation.
We begin with a thorough warm-up through the joints, especially the hips and shoulders—areas where many women hold tension. Standing postures then build strength, improve posture, and support healthy alignment, bones, and joints. You’ll receive personalised guidance to ensure safe, confident movement for all body types.
The practice continues with seated and floor-based poses that support pelvic health, digestion, circulation, and hormonal balance. Inversions like Legs Up the Wall are simple yet powerful tools we use regularly to ease cramps, regulate your cycle, and support the immune and nervous systems.
Each class ends with a peaceful meditation, including the deeply soothing SOM (Sound of Meditation) practice developed by Shri Balaji Tambe. This helps you unwind fully and prepares you for the week ahead.
