No previous experience with meditation is needed.
No special equipment is necessary.
Find a likely-to-be-quiet place to sit, grab what you need to feel comfortable and supported (blankets, pillows, etc) and have a journal and pen handy - and then let yourself be guided in a morning meditation practice designed to support you in feeling more connected, more open, calmer and infused with an increased sense of vitality.
Repeat as needed 😉.
