Work into your morning with focused stretching and balance work designed to release stiffness and build stability. This 4-week series combines mindful stretching to increase flexibility with balance practices to help you feel steady and strong throughout your day.

Perfect for all levels. Whether you join us in the studio or practice from home through your Keep Moving membership, you'll leave each class feeling more mobile, balanced, and ready for your day.

Week 1: Full-body stretching to release morning stiffness

Week 2: Lower body stretching and standing balance

Week 3: Upper body release and seated balance work

Week 4: Complete practice: flexibility, balance, and confidence
