BodyWisdom Morning Qigong Class

Tuesdays and Thursdays 8:00 AM - 8:40 AM (Eastern Time)

Qigong is a simple, yet surprisingly powerful way to manage stress and feel more healthy and energized in your day to day life. 

From Traditional Chinese Medicine, qigong (pronounced “chee gung”) translates as the practice of cultivating (gong) your energy or life force (qi).

It is a mindful movement practice that weaves together

  • gentle breathing 
  • tension relieving stretching 
  • and flowing movements

** Last 10 minutes of class is a seated guided meditation for some empowering intention setting inspiration. [optional if you need to pop out early].
