  • Registration: Closes 15 minutes before class begins.
  • Cancellations: Must be made at least 2 hours before class time to avoid being charged the full rate. No refunds for late cancellations.
  • Class Recordings: Uploaded within 24 hours and available for 5 days for personal review.

  • Props like blocks or a strap are optional but can provide stability or ease.
  • Access to a wall or a sturdy chair with a back can enhance accessibility. While suggested variations utilizing these resources are less common in this more active, Yang-style class to maintain fluid pacing, I’m happy to incorporate them if requested in advance.
