Retreat Includes:

• Thursday thru Sunday Accommodations at  (prices vary depending on sleeping choice - see ) $888 - $1111
• Farm to Table food prepared by a chef with nurturing your fertility in mind
• Morning meditations - In the early morning, we sit in quietude and find peace and calm together to begin the day. 
• Daily Fertility Yoga - Land in your body, move with intention, regulate the nervous system and open your body, energy, and soul to receive. Each yoga class will include reiki and some Ayurvedic wisdom to connect you to your natural rhythms.
• Spirit Baby Workshop - a guided meditation journey so you can connect with your spirit baby directly. You’ll learn more about spirit babies and how you can the spring season to support your fertility, with time for shares and Q&A after the meditation. 
• Fertility Self-Massage Workshop: Learn simple and potent techniques to release pelvic and abdominal fascia around your ovaries and womb. Understand why organ movement and mobility is essential for function, and establish a home routine for self-care.
• Evening wind-downs: We’ll wind down each day with either a ceremonial bonfire or Yoga Nidra with Reiki, building nourishing and potent evening routines.
•  Opening and closing circles: Opportunities to gather, set intentions, and create a group container for our time together. A time to align with yourself and get to know each other.
• Complete access to the Farm and it's grounds, including: a wood heated sauna, cold plunge pond, miles of walking trails, the garden & adjoining buildings.
