Pre/postnatal Movement and Wisdom Class is open to expectant women and postpartum women. This class is safe for all stages of pregnancy. For postpartum mamas 6 weeks and beyond are welcome. Beginner’s welcome.  

Feel free to bring your own yoga mat and water bottle. Yoga mats, props, and access to drinking water are always available for your use. 

Our class includes: a topic for discussion, yoga flow and stretches, movement focused on safely strengthening core and pelvic floor, relaxation and lots of tips for mamas. Complimentary community tea available after class.
