2. The 7 Types of Rest
Learn about the seven distinct types of rest your body and mind need to truly thrive:
• Physical Rest – Passive (sleeping, napping) and active (yoga, intention walking)
• Mental Rest – Quieting the constant mental chatter and cognitive overload
• Sensory Rest – Reducing overstimulation from screens, noise, and bright lights
• Creative Rest – Reawakening wonder and inspiration
• Emotional Rest – Creating space to be authentic and release emotional labor
• Social Rest – Surrounding yourself with positive, supportive relationships
• Spiritual Rest – Connecting to something greater than yourself
Through interactive exercises and guided reflection, you'll identify which types of rest you're most depleted in and create a personalized rest plan.
3. Yoga Nidra Practice: Deep Restorative Rest
The workshop culminates in a guided Yoga Nidra practice – a reclined meditation. Yoga Nidra is a powerful framework for deep rest, deep healing & deeper states of consciousness…..an inner journey through the 5 koshas to access our true nature.
This practice is accessible to everyone—no yoga experience required. Simply lie down comfortably and allow yourself to be guided into deep rest.
This workshop is for woman who:
• Feel exhausted despite 'doing all the right things
• Struggle with guilt when you're not being productive
• Know their current lives are no longer sustainable and are ready for a shift
• Who are ready to release constant rushing, toxic productivity, people pleasing and fawning and craft a more rested, present, aligned and joyful lives.
