Release & Align is a slow, deeply intentional journey inward — a 60-minute kundalini-infused practice designed to do what no amount of mindset work can do alone. Move what is stuck. Ignite what has gone dim. Return you to the most alive, most aligned version of yourself.

This is not a fast-paced practice.

This is a purification — unfolding slowly, layer by layer.

Through gentle, deliberate movement, Breath of Fire, sacred chanting, and the slow activation of your energy channels, you will be guided through a complete energetic reset. Each breath, each movement, each sound is an invitation to go deeper — to feel what has been waiting beneath the surface.

The practice builds gradually — slow movement and breathwork awakening your energy from the root upward — before settling into stillness with a closing Savasana to fully integrate everything that has moved, released, and opened within you.

In this practice you will:

• Move slowly and intentionally — kundalini-inspired movement that awakens energy gently, without force

• Activate your inner fire through Breath of Fire — clearing stagnation and awakening your life force, woven into a slower, more meditative pace

• Open your energy channels through sacred chanting — using sound and vibration to move what the body has been quietly holding

• Surrender into Savasana — grounded, clear, and open to receive everything that has been waiting for you on the other side of the release

This practice is for the woman who is ready to slow down enough to actually feel. Who knows that the deepest transformation doesn’t come from pushing harder — it comes from finally being still enough to listen.
