But maybe it's The Space Between those two dimensions that we most need in order to slow down and catch up to what's already happening - the gentle eddies in the stream or the hover between inhale and exhale, when movement is neither forwards nor backwards but is full of possibility and presence. Class will be a blend of thoughtful, unrushed movement, stretches for every nook, breathwork, restorative postures, and contemplative space. Think of it like a slow stir, then putting the lid on the pot with patience and sacred curiosity. My hope is that this will be supremely nourishing and revitalizing. Come as you are.
