There is a deep well of calm below the surface – a place to rest in and experience your radiant aliveness in a deeply restorative way.
In this class, led by experienced yoga therapist Christina Cohee, C-IAYT, we will explore gentle movement and breath awareness followed by a nourishing stillness practice designed to lead you into that place. You will be supported and held in positions meant to shift your brain waves into a profoundly healing state.
Suitable for all. Wear comfortable clothing and have something to cover your eyes, like a scarf or eye mask. Also have yoga props (or equivalents) available, such as blocks, a bolster (or pillows), and several blankets.
