This monthly 60-minute class is designed to nourish, restore, and reconnect —perfect for pregnant and postnatal moms needing a gentle moment of care amidst the fullness of life.

Through calming restorative yoga and deeply restful yoga nidra (guided relaxation), we create space for physical release, emotional balance and inner connection.

Whether you're navigating the shifts of pregnancy or the demands of new motherhood, this class offers a quiet refuge to soothe your nervous system, ease tension, and replenish your energy.

All practices are safe for pregnancy and tailored to postpartum needs — no previous experience required.

Come as you are. Pyjamas, props, tea, and whatever else you want/need in the moment.
