Recommendations and requirements for practice

  • Make enough physical space around you (move sharp or fragile furniture) to move freely.
  • Wear comfortable clothing to move freely. Wear sneakers or stay barefoot (no socks to avoid slipping). Let your hair down or wear a tight braid(s) or wear your scarf tightly - we will be shaking our heads!
