Part I explores Mind-Body Somatic Release Exercises to improve kinesthesia and your vestibular sense through bilateral (both sides of the body) exercises:

  • Spatial orientation and connecting right and left sides of the body.
  • Postural control by detecting head movement and whole body relationship to gravity.
  • Novel ways to explore balance with no fear of falling or standing on one foot.
  • Alyson's Somatic Body Mapping for an embodied tour of the Myofascial Meridians.

Through unique, somatic movement-based practices, informative and fun webinars, and live Q&A Sessions, learn how Bilateral Somatic Exercises for the Myofascial Meridians help improve fascia resilience reducing inflammation, stiffness, muscular aches and pains commonly associated with the Musculoskeletal Syndrome Of Menopause.

Curious to try a Mind-Body Bilateral Somatic Release practice for the Arm Lines aka The Givers & The Takers?? I created a free class for you that explores kinaesthesia and the Arm Lines.

The class gives you an idea of the kind of movement explorations we will be doing for each Sea Of Support in the Soma Meno Glow-Up 7-Day Rewire Challenge practices, which are verbal guidance only. Somatic movement classes are typically taught with no physical demonsrtation, and with verbal guidance only. Practitioners practice mostly with their eyes closed. This is to help you bring 100% of your attention to putting your mind into your muscle.

P.S. Invite a friend! Please forward this to someone you know who is looking for gentle, effective somatic practices.

But you ask

"What is BSEMM?" "What are 7 Seas Of Support?"

Watch a  all about Bilateral Somatic Exercises for the Myofascial Meridians (BSEMM) and The 7 Seas Of Support.
