About This Event

Join us for this rejuvenating class combining:

  1. Qigong gentle moving exercises for joint health and flexibility
  2. Simple Tai Chi Movements everyone can do; adjust as necessary
  3. Tai Chi walking for balance
  4. Guided mindful meditations to absorb the calm
