About This Event

The Power of Empathy in Complex Work — 1 CE

In recent days, empathy has been dismissed and even politicized as weakness. In our complex work, it’s the opposite. Empathy is the stabilizing force that sustains trust and human connection when the stakes are high.

Join this one-hour professional development session to explore how empathy strengthens accountability, supports co-regulation, and improves decision-making under pressure.
