1. Cardiovascular problems (e.g. Heart Surgery etc)
2. Unmediated High / Low blood pressure
3. History of Aneurysms, Epilepsy or seizures
4. Server Asthma
5. Pregnant
6. Severe psychiatric or mental health issues
WHAT TO EXPECT
Each online ~90mins Journey will be hosted on Zoom but accessed via my booking platform Namastream (please see below for more details).
The class will be scheduled for ~120mins which broken down into roughly:
BREATH TECHNIQUE
This video will help explain the conscious connected breath technique, Euphoric Breath, we will use during the first half of the practice:
NB: If you cannot use the Euphoric breath technique due to a contraindication, we can make the Transformational Breathwork Journeys accessible to you by using other gentler techniques (e.g. Inhale: 4 Exhale: 4). Please contact me before the session to discuss options.
HOW TO FINDING / REGISTERING FOR A JOURNEY
If you are an existing member, you will just “register” as you would a normal class.
If you are not a member, please sign up for this free product which will give you the ability to register for upcoming volunteers sessions.
