In this live online/in-person Tai Chi session we'll play with slow, deliberate movement as we put movements together from previous monthly classes into a full sequence.
This class is part of Water Season wellness, an exploration of simple selfcare routines with roots in Eastern traditions to carry you through the darker months of the year (known as Water Season in the Traditional Chinese Five-Element theory).The full program includes five live monthly tai chi classes (offered both online and in-person from Springfield, Vermont), plus on-demand yoga, acupressure, breathwork and other practices designed to support you through the upcoming quiet time. In addition to the on-demand content, this pay-what-you-wish program includes recordings of all live sessions so you can follow along with them again and again, wherever you are in the world, on your schedule.
