If switching off hasn’t been that easy lately…even when you try to rest…this is a simple place to begin.

If your evenings don’t quite feel like rest at the moment, you’re not alone.

This is a short, simple workshop with two sessions to help your bodyrecognise the transition from the day into the night again.

Because often, it’s not that we don’t rest —it’s that the body never quite registers it.
