This year, Sound came to me in big ways, bigger than I knew possible.

Since working with my voice, I have felt several shifts in my body and relationships.

As we create 'harmony' via the power of toning and vibration, our energy shifts and our templates follow.

These templates are stored deep within the Brain - lodged in the area where some may call the reptilian brain but for those on the Magical Path can refer to it in the Cosmic Womb of our Brain.

Yes my loves, we are going there. Our Brain has a womb, and our womb has a Brain. 

So as we 'tune in' and vibrate the parts of us that is MASKED beyond the veils of everyday life, we get to explore what really lives within us.

What really wants to be expressed.

What really needs to come out. 

I have found women experience all kinds of wonderful rememberings: 

- liberating past generations 

- releasing old relationship patterns and partners

- opening their voice to sing or speak truth

 - healing their wombs and/or period just by the practice of toning and chanting with these sacred practices. 

I am deeply grateful and excited to share with you the power of our womb-throat connection as we use our voice and sacred sounds to activate and alchemize our body.

Wear a scarf or blanket to keep your throat/chest warm. We will be chanting and calling forth the activation of the powerful womb-throat connection.

It is ideal that you are in a PRIVATE space, with no disruptions. Make sure to have enough space that you can move freely if you need.
