About This Event

This class combines self-massage, targeted mobility, and movement to address one of the most common places stress and tension accumulate: the hips. We work methodically, targeting every angle of the hips to refresh your entire lower body. You'll leave standing taller and breathing easier.

This class blends somatic release, floor-based strength-building and joint mobility, self-massage and restorative practices. Safe for spine-related issues, back pain, and recovery - nourish your body, calm your mind, and reconnect with your heart.
