Welcome to this Yoga Nidra experience to connect you with your inner source of Self-Compassion!
In this deeply restorative Yoga Nidra class, you will be guided into a state of relaxation where self-compassion can naturally unfold. Through a combination of breath awareness, body scanning, and heart-centered visualization, you will cultivate a sense of kindness and understanding toward yourself.
This class is designed to quiet the inner critic, release self-judgment, and nurture a more loving relationship with yourself. Using affirmations, guided imagery, and mindfulness techniques, you will explore the power of self-acceptance and embrace your inherent worth.
No prior experience is needed—simply find a comfortable position, allow yourself to be supported, and follow the progression to deeper inner connection. By the end of the practice, you will feel more connected, at ease, and deeply compassionate toward yourself and others.
After practice there will be optional time for questions, sharing, and listening to others. (This segment is not recorded)
